When my daughter was in 6th grade, she had surgery on her hip. She was on crutches for 3 months and during that time we sent her to learn cake decorating because she was so restricted on her activities. All these years later, she doesn't do a lot of cake decorating, but it looks like she hasn't lost her touch.
