Civil War Sword
I went with a friend to have this appraised yesterday. It was really something to see this. The date on it is 1863 and they said that it had probably belonged to an officer. Even the original strap is still attached.

They belong to a friend of mine. It was an awesome experience to see them and know some of the history behind them.
